Warranty & Returns

All warranties are the manufactures. Thermo king of Fresno Inc. expressly disclaims all warranties either express or implied. All claims/returns must be accompanied by this bill. No returns of electrical, special order parts or freight. Returns subject to 25% restocking charge. The purchaser promises to pay. In case payment is not made when due, purchaser also promises to pay all costs of collection and legal action as the court may adjudge reasonable. Warranty extends only to the original owner at Thermo king of Fresno Inc discretion after examination conclusively appears to have been defective.
